CAD Lab Prior to Deadline

Aside from the roar of the HVAC and clacking of the printer, the lab is eerily quiet as the students assemble their material for the 10PM online submission.

Interim Deadline Looms...

As the deadline approaches for the Interim, there is an increased occupation of the studio, workshop, and CAD lab.  Please keep in mind that others work in these environments, so it is advisable to keep your spaces relatively clean (and odour-free) so that others feel comfortable drafting/modeling/sleeping in the spaces.

Interim Model Complete

The aluminum sheet metal used in this model does not properly represent the perforated metal screen I have proposed for the facade. It was more to conceptually show the shape of the paneling. Not too sure if I'm happy with the overall design of the facade just yet. I will continue to play with it after the submission. I will render some exterior shots for the interim presentation to properly show the transparency of these panels and then go from there...

First time 3D printing.

I love it. 5$ for 2 hours of printing.

Model In Progress

Model without the perforated screen system. Planning to finish the model on Monday when the shop opens.

I want to stay up for 3-4 Days.

Its that time of the semester again where the all nighters are inevitable. Work Hard, Stay Safe, and dont make any severe design changes under severe sleep deprivation. Good Luck Everyone
