With a sunset visit to 1 King Street West, Section ONE was able to get a better understanding of technical components in real life on site. From fan coil units and electrical rooms to sprinklers and fire separation, the students were shown some of the critical components of architecture often either hidden behind finishes and drywall or subverted by design aspirations.
