Please do yourself a favor and read the other students' comments that have been made already. All of it is relevant to your projects. Your inability to describe with some semblance of confidence the scale and requirements for the DMZ components is really a hindrance in getting a clear start on your project. Though the idea of a triple height projection is fine, I think you should be clear about whether or not that is a central piece (think Guggenheim NY) or if it is an accessory (like any other big screen display in a generic store). It is good to have begun looking at fixed elements such as the core and grid lines however this still does not provide a developed sense of what you are doing in each of these conditions. Like I said before, if you don't put a North arrow on your plan, then I will make assumptions. If North is up then I think you might want to ensure you have a better street address on Yonge and also think about how you are dealing with those terrible corridors off Gould... you had the opportunity to actually design something strong but instead isolate the people in odd corridors through the site. I am not convinced about your use of light and skylight conditions not because I do not believe it possible, however you need to demonstrate that this can actually work before I would start investing more time and energy into it. That would mean a basic lighting study/model.
